We’re excited to officially launch the first-ever OUTbio San Diego ERG Leadership Summit, a space for ERG and DEI leaders across the life sciences industry here in San Diego to come together, build community, and share what’s working (and what’s not) when it comes to creating inclusive workplaces.

The summit will be taking place October 23, 12 pm to 6 pm, featuring food, breakout sessions, and a networking happy hour to close out the day. If you or someone at your company is interested in attending and possibly speaking during the event, please fill out our short intake form.

To keep the conversations meaningful and collaborative, we’re limiting participation to up to 3 representatives per organization. If additional colleagues are interested in joining, just let us know in the form as we’re happy to review those on a case-by-case basis.
